After years of working across this full spectrum, I noticed something consistent:
Governments and public institutions play a critical role — but they often lack the clarity, narrative, and curation needed to unlock real ecosystem growth.

Regions invest in innovation programs, missions, events, scouting, and community initiatives.
But too often the message is unclear, the content isn't sharp enough, the delegation isn’t curated, or the impact isn’t measured in a way that helps anyone learn or improve.
